Long story short I have a 3 story home that was running off one unit that was installed almost 25 years ago. I had three different companies come out and they all just recommend replacing current with a newer unit. Chosen came in did a full assessment and found multiple issues that affected the flow and found it was also not sized properly. Their solution was to install a split system. One unit for the basement and main floor along with separate unit for the upstairs! He also corrected all the feed and return issues as well! They informed me of every detail as well as anything that came up that wasn’t found. The skill level in his work as well as his communication was excellent! Now we not only have a balance system but super efficient system. Our electric bill went down tremendously! Thank you Mark for your honesty and expertise. We are so thankful!
