Great experience with Mark and Chosen! Had the AC in our cabin go down on a +100 degree day. We are not from the area and discovered the issue at 5pm on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! After failing to get answers from several advertised "24 hour service" companies, we were able to connect with Mark at Chosen and he was able to get over the same night. He quickly diagnosed our system in the dark, replaced a part and had us back up and running quickly! Extremely professional, efficient, reasonably priced especially in regards to our service and a personable guy- we have found our future HVAC company and will be passing out his cards to all of our out of town neighbors as well! My HVAC went out on a 103 degree day. I started calling all of the companies from the Yellowpages. I had called 3, and they all went to voicemails. I called Chosen and Mark answered on the second ring. He and Tyler were here in 15 minutes. Immediate repair was made, and Tyler came back the following week for my first PM. Those two made me feel like friends were here. Explanation of services 5 stars, pricing 5 stars!!!
